Javier is the Founder and Creative Director of SEP7IMUS. He is a content creator with an entrepreneurial spirit and has vast experience in designing, developing, and producing content and digital marketing projects for small businesses. Javier holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has also completed studies in Film and Video Production, Photography, and Graphic Design. Originally from Mexico City, he now lives in Northwest Tennessee with his wife and four boys where he currently expands operations for the agency. Javier is a member of the International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO), and the Mexican Association of Freelance Filmmakers (AMCI). He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, and traveling.

Besides his position as Managing Partner at SEP7IMUS, Michael Winter is the current Owner-Operator of Hillside Properties, a residential real estate agency and Broker Associate with KW Realty La Jolla. Over the past 20+ years, Michael has launched several successful businesses in the real estate space including WinRidge, Inc. (Mortgage and Financial Services), Palomar Property Management, Inc. (Residential Management), and Hillside Properties. A member of the Agent Leadership Council for KW Realty International, Michael has the opportunity to teach, train, and mentor other entrepreneurs working in residential real estate sales. He and his wife of 27 years have five children and live in San Marcos.
